A Jamaican-Canadian entrepreneur with over two decades of operational experience in North America, Raye made a deliberate choice: to bring capital, standards, and Caribbean identity into African food and hospitality — not as a visitor, but as a builder.

Jamaica Raye's Ltd. is the holding structure for that vision — owning land, operating agro-processing, and building a hospitality brand that is distinctly Caribbean and authentically African.

Premium Retail Products

Authentic Flavour, Export Ready: - We are developing a line of premium, shelf-stable, and convenience food products that fuse Jamaican heat with African harvests. Our focus is on bringing bold, authentic Afro-Caribbean taste profiles to retail markets and pantries across the SADC and EAC regions, manufactured close to the source.

Our Supply Chain Philosophy

Building from the Ground Up: - We believe in transparency and building regional ecosystems step-by-step. In East Africa, our parent company, Jamaica Raye's Ltd., holds our foundational land assets, 9 plots across Nakuru and Kilifi Counties. Separately, our agricultural subsidiary, Jam Raye Agro Holdings Ltd., is currently funding a pilot farming program in Kisii County, Kenya. We provide the capital and partner directly with a woman-led enterprise operating on her own land, ensuring the investment stays rooted in the local community. As we prepare to launch our primary retail manufacturing and hospitality operations in Southern Africa, our goal remains unchanged: to develop a supply chain that is ethically sourced, regionally integrated, and built for long-term scale, without rushing the process.
