A Jamaican-Canadian entrepreneur with over two decades of operational experience in North America, Raye made a deliberate choice: to bring capital, standards, and Caribbean identity into African food and hospitality — not as a visitor, but as a builder.

Jamaica Raye's Ltd. is the holding structure for that vision — owning land, operating agro-processing, and building a hospitality brand that is distinctly Caribbean and authentically African.

Our first chapter is Kenyan — land, farms, and partnerships built across Nakuru and Kilifi Counties.

Jamaica Raye's Ltd. holds nine plots across Nakuru County and Kilifi County — foundation for current and future operations along Kenya's most dynamic agricultural and coastal corridors.

Agro Operations

Our agro-processing and farm investment work is carried out through Jam Raye Agro Holdings Ltd. — a wholly owned subsidiary partnering with women-led smallholder farms to build commercially viable, self-sustaining operations.

Community Model

We don't parachute capital in and leave. Our model is built on true partnership and transparent economics: 50% of profits go directly to the farmer, and 20% is reinvested into their farm. The remaining 30% fuels our ecosystem, split evenly between seeding the next agricultural project and sustaining Jam Raye Agro’s operational framework.
